Project engagements
Submission of an inquiry, scheduling of a call, or discussion of a possible engagement does not constitute a contract. Work begins only after a separate written agreement defines the scope, intended result, responsibilities, timing, ownership and access terms, and commercial terms that apply.
Engagement structures
Outside work is generally structured as either a project-funded engagement or a performance partnership. Information on this website describes those approaches generally and is not a binding quote, fee schedule, offer, or promise that a particular structure will be available for a project.
When a performance partnership is used, the separate agreement defines which sales are included, the agreed compensation, the term, responsibilities, treatment of refunds or reversals where applicable, support responsibilities if any, ownership and access terms, and any transfer or buyout terms. Sales outside the scope of that agreement are not automatically included.
Third-party services
Some work may connect to payment processors, hosting providers, fulfillment services, scheduling tools, email providers, analytics services, or other third-party platforms. Those services may have their own terms, fees, requirements, and account responsibilities.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, and visual assets, is owned by No Loud Launch unless otherwise noted. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is not permitted.
