Ways to work together
Selected projects. Clear terms.
Most client projects are built around a defined scope and agreed project price. Performance partnerships are considered separately for a small number of established businesses.
Scope, economics, ownership, support, and ongoing costs are agreed before work begins.
Project scope
New software and existing systems.
Build something new
Websites, online stores, custom applications, and connected systems built around a defined business need.
Improve what exists
Updates, redesigns, new features, integrations, and repairs for an existing website or software platform. We assess the current setup before agreeing on scope.
Engagement models
The scope comes first.
Project-funded
Fund a defined project.
This is our standard engagement model. Project price, scope, timing, responsibilities, ownership, and ongoing support are agreed before implementation starts.
Performance partnership
Tie the build to performance.
In exceptional cases, we may fund part or all of a build for an agreed share of defined sales. These arrangements require an established business, viable economics, and separately agreed responsibilities.
Projects are selected based on fit, scope, timing, and current capacity. Performance partnerships are reviewed separately based on the business, existing sales, margins, proposed scope, and economics.
Before work starts
The important terms are clear up front.
- What is being built or improved
- What outcome the work is meant to support
- What the business is responsible for
- What No Loud Launch is responsible for
- Timing and implementation scope
- Project price or agreed sales share
- Support responsibilities and third-party costs
- Ownership, access, transfer, or buyout terms
Ownership and control
The business keeps control where it matters.
Project-funded
The business controls its domain, payment accounts, business content, customer data, and operating accounts. The agreed business-specific finished system is handed off, while No Loud Launch keeps reusable tools, frameworks, templates, and other reusable IP.
Performance partnership
The same business assets remain under business control. No Loud Launch retains the system it funded while the partnership is active. Any transfer or buyout terms are agreed before work starts.
Existing systems
Keep what is already working.
A new platform does not automatically mean replacing every tool. Existing payment, messaging, commerce, data, or other services can remain when they are useful and can be connected cleanly.
Ongoing operation
Support should match the system.
Routine management should sit with the business where practical. Ongoing technical support can be included when needed, but it is scoped around the actual operating responsibility rather than attached to every engagement by default.
Performance partnerships
Commercial work with defined economics.
Performance partnerships are only considered for revenue-producing businesses with existing sales. The review is based on the business, sales, margins, proposed scope, and overall economics.
The agreement names the transactions that count toward the sales share. Other sales channels stay outside the calculation unless they are specifically included. There is no universal sales percentage.
